Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

Very nice

Sandy 3/20/2024

Built well, grates are heavy duty, not a lot of bells and whistles. But I like the different btu™€™s on burners . Clock is hard to see from a distance because of angle. Overall I recommend

must have bought a lemon

Nanasmail 8/20/2021

This range had a gas leak behind the control panel from the getgo. Had to wait almost a week for authorized repair center to fix. First and only time to use oven's self-clean cycle, it fried some controls. Took about 6 weeks for authorized repairman to find and repair problem. I would not recommend this item to any friends.

Purchased a floor model with a chip on the left panel. Much more serious damage or mfg. defects when arrived to include broken spot welds. Was told two to three months to repace.

Love the look!

PattyPSQ 7/6/2020

We needed a special sized range for our old kitchen & that™€™s why I chose this model. It works well but here™€™s a couple of comments. The grates are VERY heavy & it™€™s hard for me to clean up the stove at times. Also, the bottom drawers is very cheaply made and does not close properly without some shifting. I do love the sleekness of the design and how the controls are on top rather than the front of the stove. Also, it would be nice to choose a louder ™€œalert™€ tune for timer, etc. Cannot hear it unless I™€™m in the kitchen.

buyer beware

Nanasmail 2/17/2020

Bought my stove 2 years ago. Upon installation I had a heavy gas smell and after waiting 5 days for authorized repairman, it was found to have gas connections behind control panel that were not tightened properly at factory. Two weeks ago I used the self-clean feature for first time and now oven doesn't work. Authorized repairman has been out but oven still not repaired as he has to order parts but isn't sure what the problem is. I bought Whirlpool to replace my 30 year old stove because I thought it was a reputable company. As my daddy used to say "that's what you get for thinking".

Just what we needed

Jackie&Chipper 2/12/2020

After a month of using it we are very pleased with its performance and features. The different size range burners fit different cooking needs. The grate the covers the entire range surface provides more heating flexibility and is easy to keep clean. Both the range and oven heat up much faster that our old equipment ( new in 2003 j. Instead of having to guess at the oven temp the display shows exactly what we need to know.

PRODUCT INFORMATION IS NOT COMPLETE/CLEAR

Personal Chef 10/18/2019

My enthusiasm for this new range was dampened last week when I used the broiler for the first time and it tripped the breaker. Nowhere in the description or specifications does Whirlpool (or Best Buy) state that this unit is dual fuel: the broiler is electric. Buried deep in the instruction manual is the requirement for a dedicated circuit. Neither my architect, electrical engineer, nor contractor was aware of this even though I gave them the make and model number early in planning for a new residence. I'm now out $325 for the electrician to add another circuit, expensively, since walls are finished and access is limited. Whirlpool customer service reps insist that the consumer should know to look in the installation manual, but that is counterintuitive: a feature of the range this significant should be stated up front in the overall description and in the specifications. I do recommend the unit, but buyer beware: you should have a dedicated circuit for it.

Nice range

dwoj 7/9/2019

I like this unit a lot and the it is so nice to return to a gas range after having had an electric stove for a few years. This uint is attractive and functional. My only two minor complaints are the plastic surface of the control panel (it is rather cheesy in this day of touch screen surfaces) and the heavy grates. I have arthritis in both hands and it can be tough to remove them for cleaning. Both are not deal breakers for me, but I believe Whirlpool could have done a little better with those items.

One of the large burners doesn't work!

11/25/2016

The stove was delivered on Nov. 4th and the left front, large burner doesn't work. It will not ignite. I have kept trying it, but it never gets better. A service man is coming today to look at it. So I am not happy with the product right now, although the rest of the gas stove seems to be working fine.
