Had this cooktop for about a year. Heats well, but because it is only a 30" top, it is somewhat crowded. Pot handles get hot from burners that are to close. Only issue l've had is the aluminum burner get dirty easily, and hard to clean.

Cons: Grates break easily and are 1/2 the price of the entire appliance to replace. Plastic knobs which is a shocker given the price and the brand. The smallest burner is so small, it is useless.
Pros: Its pretty.

Terrible cooktop for different reasons:
1. The grate breaks easily. If you lift it by grabbing on the grate instead of the edges, the cast iron grate breaks
2. The burner does not create enough heat. The flame is rather yellow. A warranty service fixed it for about a day and then it turned back to a poor yellowish flame
3. Burner layout is bad. You will not be able to put two larger and two smaller pots on it at the same time, let alone get enough heat out of it.
4. Knobs are cheap plastic and at a place where they will become inaccessible, if you want to use all burners.
5. Grate is not adjustable. The builder had a 3/16' grade on the countertop and there is now way to adjust the cooktop grates, except when you put a 1/2" shim under the cooking grate
I cannot recommend this cooktop and will probably go are rip this builder grade "gourmet kitchen" out in the new house

It takes very long to any larger pots of liquids as the flame is too far away from the bottom of the pot. Looking to replace with a more efficient stove top!!

This was the cooktop provided with my appliance suite in our new build. We have now been in our home two years. I have not been thrilled with the suite, replacing the dishwasher before it was even used and now we are shopping for a new gas cooktop. The main issue is that the grates that sit over the burners are about three inches too high, which puts a lot of heat out in the kitchen, but doesn™™t heat the pan efficiently. My adult daughter boiled a half box of pasta, and it took 45 minutes from start to finish. I also do not like that the large burners are in the back. Those are the burners that are most used, and the pans that are the heaviest, so obviously they should be in the front. It has a nice look, and is relatively easy to clean, but is not very functional for someone who likes to cook frequently.

This range top replaced my still workable former range top of the same brand. It works well and is easier to clean, although the iron grill is a bit bulky and awkward to work with.
