Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

Simple Reliability WisTex

WisTex 11/11/2025

A simple to use dryer with an outstanding warranty without the circuit boards and fancy settings that no one uses. The purpose of a dryer is to dry clothes. Anything beyond that results in reliability issues. I see later models have been changed to include moisture sensing. A unnecessary complication that will affect reliability.

It's a Maytag !

Cooldaddy 9/26/2023

Got this dryer a week ago and so far we are pleased with it. It's a little bit smaller than I was expecting but that's my fault, I should have paid attention. If you are buying a dryer and you want it to match your washer pay attention to the measurements. It dries very well and is nice and quiet. The controls seem a little cheap made but hopefully it will last a long time, after all it's a Maytag. Our last Maytag washer lasted 22 years and the dryer was still working when we replaced it after 25 years!

In LOVE with Simplicity!

MACV 9/19/2023

I'm more about function/rather than the 'look' of the appliance. Because it's a commercial/residential, the design and function are simple. The tub is large enough to fit king sheets w/ a king blanket and it fills with water when washing. Bonus: no stinky smells! MACV

8 months and not so good....

123RGRG 1/29/2023

Bought this in June 2022. We were replacing an old Maytag that we had for 15 yrs. Looked inside this morning and it appears that the back vent looks burnt. Calling for service on Monday. Won't use it now until it gets checked out. A few times recent loads haven't been completely dried when the cycle finished. Not sure what this means but it doesn't look good. Two things I don't like about this dryeri: 1. The VERY loud buzzer which cannot be turned off. The dryer is in the basement but you can hear it throughout the entire house. 2. Small lint screen. I feel like the lint screen is small for the dryer size. It is always filled up and if we wash flannel sheets its just overloaded. This is a $1000 dryer and I'm not happy with it.

This Company can not be trusted

Rob101 10/28/2022

Ordered this water dryer combo online and then the next day I get this message: "we're pleased to let you know that your item has been canceled." Customer service people can't figure it out and told me to reorder it. Same thing happened again. I even tried a different washer and dryer - same problem. They can't even get me a new coupon code that was used for the order because the computers do it and they can't. These people do not know what they are doing. I can't imagine what trying to get warranty service is like..... Pass.

Heat sensor doesn't work, dryer overheats

justanotherhousewife 8/25/2022

I've had this dryer about 2 months. We soon found that when drying on the heat sensor setting, the dryer doesn't stop running. Even with heat set to "low," it just continues to run and becomes extremely hot. The store sent a technician who told us that he would order a new heat sensor mechanism, but that the heat sensor does not work on this model and we would just have to used the timed settings. He installed the one he ordered yesterday and he is right. When using the heat sensor feature, the dryer still doesn't stop and it still overheats. We replaced our old dryer (another brand) because the heat sensor stopped working after 6 years. We should have kept the old one and saved ourselves about a thousand bucks.

Horrible Customer Service

Alias 5/31/2022

I like the dryer itself - simple controls, large capacity. However, the buzzer to alert the the load is dry is so loud and obnoxious, and can not be turned off. Worse, though, is is the terrible customer service. There was an installation issue, and I™€™ve called at least four times, never getting to speak to a live person, as I was on hold close to an hour each time. The voice menu is not very intuitive to navigate, and the commercials that one has to endure are a mature and annoying. The appliance repair service mandated by the warranty is required to get parts the parts I need from Whirlpool. Those are not in stock even though they are available from other vendors. Meanwhile, I™€™ve been without the use of my six month old dryer. I live in the country, and have to drive 15 miles to a laundromat. I am FURIOUS, and would never purchase one of your appliances again.

Love the simplicity of this commerical dryer

RMTBAF 4/1/2022

We've been looking for a dryer before our old one died. We like simplicity, a button for heat settings and how heavy the load is. All the electronic ones with half a dozen buttons seems that the electronics board may go out quicker. This dryer was perfect for us. Its a commercial size/grade. There are two downsides to it in our eyes; 1. you cant turn the buzzer off and it buzzes several times when the dryer is finished to let you know its done. We often put towels in at night and go to bed, the buzzer will wake you up!! 2. its very lightweight, the material is made from is very light, so when we open/close the door the entire machine moves across the floor, I know we are going cheaper material these days but maybe they could have put some weights in the bottom to steady it..to us that makes it feel very "cheap." Other than that, we would recommend this. We've had it about 2 months and thats all the downsides of it we can see.

EMMB 3/18/2022

I dislike the settings. One setting it never stops. It ran all day. The other buzzes every 5 minutes or so for an hour. It sucks the dryer sheets to the lint trap. They get caught by one corner then stay there for the entire drying time. It does the same with small tags on clothes.

Tib D. 3/8/2022

I purchased this dryer today and the second time I opened/closed the door, the door switch catch broke. I didn't even turn the dryer on yet. Thankfully it's just long enough to still activate the switch so I can use the dryer until I'm able to get the switch changed. I thought if I spent a little more money I would get away from an inferior product. I guess I was wrong.
